Schierman's Venue
Entire Facility
Our facility offers 30 by 70 feet of open floor space that connects to a 24 by 24 meeting room off to the side that can be used for additional seating, a display/vendor area, and/or refreshment or meal set up. It also includes a kitchen, an outside patio (with tables and chairs to accommodate up to 40 people), and a large yard.
Small Meeting Room

Our small meeting room at 24 by 24 feet is perfect for bridal and baby showers, club meetings, and smaller banquets or dinner parties. It provides an abundance of natural light and opens onto the patio.

- Entire Building (282 Persons Maximum)
- Banquet seating: 120 (which allows room for other event programming, including space for a band, dance floor, etc,)
- Meetings with chairs only: 200 in the main area
- Small Meeting Room
- Dinner or meetings with tables: 30-35
- Meeting with chairs only: 60
Kitchen
The kitchen includes a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, 20 feet of counter space, and commercial sinks. It can be used for preparing refreshments for your event, cooking and/or warming food items, and keeping your perishable items cold until you are ready to serve them
Parking
Parking space is available for up to 55 vehicles. If additional parking is needed, check with us, we may be able to accommodate you.
Operating Hours
7 days a week
6 a.m. to 12 midnight
Please note: when booking your event, be sure to include the time you will need for decorating and event
set-up, as well as time needed for clean-up and take-down.
Schierman’s is responsible for set-up and take-down of tables and chairs only. Renter is responsible for removal of all decorations and general clean up, as the facility should be returned to its original condition.

Price includes the use of 120 folding chairs, 15 round tables (60-inch) and eight rectangular tables (8-foot by 30-inch). It also includes the use of the kitchen and the outdoor patio sets. |

How to book an event
Please check our calendar to see if your date is available. If it is, email mary@schiermans.com or call our message phone, 208-882-4500, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. If you would like to see the facility, please email or call to set up an appointment.
For most events, unless other arrangements have been made, we will mail you a contract/rental agreement to return with a non-refundable deposit of half the rental fee to hold your date. When we receive the deposit, your event will be scheduled on the calendar.
